We now ship every day from New Zealand.

We are experiencing longer than usual transit times due to delays clearing customs. Please be patient and contact us only if your order has not arrived in 14 business days.

Please note delivery timeframes are targets only, cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on location, especially rural areas.

Tracking details will be provided once your order is finalised. You can also use the NZ tracking number on the Aus Post tracking tool, it will be updated once the order enters Australia. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

We will assist with tracking your delivery, however we cannot be held responsible for delays once the goods have been handed over to the freight carrier.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@immunityfuel.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Damages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@immunityfuel.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns

Due to Health regulations we are not able to accept returns, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product please contact us and we will try to assist :)

Christmas Trading Hours
Our distribution centre will be closed from 22nd December through to 8th of January. Orders placed within this time will be processed and dispatched on the 8th of Janaury.
